05 Mar Abolition – Choose Freedom
(Proverbs 22:7, NIV)
The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender.
“According to the latest report from the National Credit Regulator (NCR)‚ there were nearly 25 million “credit-active” consumers at the end of June 2018 in South Africa. Most of these – more than 60% – were “in good standing” and up to date with their repayments. But nearly 40% were behind with their loan repayments.”
Are you one of the 25 million? Or one of the nearly 10 million who are struggling with their repayments?
We have prayed for you!
It is time for you to live in freedom. This yoke of slavery needs to be removed from your shoulders and you need to make clear choices that will enable you never to be entrapped again.
(Galatians 5:1, NIV)
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
Slavery/indebtedness is not your natural state. You should be free or be fighting to restore your freedom. Never, ever should you accept slavery/indebtedness. Never!
God is on your side when you choose freedom. Freedom is your natural state in Christ!
- Choose freedom again today.
- Choose freedom from debt today.
- Pray for God to act on your behalf to restore your freedom.
- Take action to get rid of all your sort-term debt.
Let’s pray: Thank you Lord Jesus that it is for freedom that You have set me free. I choose to be free today. I choose to be free from debt. Please help me to shake of this yoke from my back. I look to you for practical wisdom and guidance. Please lead and guide me as I tackle paying off my short-term debt. Thank you Lord, that you are on my side! I receive the freedom You give in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
